Our methodology is to immerse them into real-life employment scenarios within a safe and supportive working environment

Whilst we offer both a relaxed snack menu as well as a signature menu with delicious cuisine, fine wines and great cocktails, our focus is on creating a beautiful and safe environment where we provide paid on-the-job training for people with all forms of special needs (with consultation with our health partners at Aga Khan Hospital) over a three month period, then find them job placements in leading hospitality and corporate establishments.

WAMA AFRICA CONCEPT & HISTORY

WAMA has chosen to focus our training of people with special needs in a boutique hotel environment as hospitality is a global industry, which, even in light of the Covid-19 pandemic, is resilient to potential global and economic changes that impact other industries.
